The Heist (Birth Children Support Group) converged at the Northmore Outdoor centre in mid Devon.
A mini support group meeting was held sharing the highs and lows of having parents who foster and the members shared their experiences of fostering.
Then the fun really started!
The Heist group quickly became adapt at making individual fires, and then cooking bread on a stick.
The members then successfully completed a blindfold line trail game, where they had to communicate to each other to overcome forest obstacles.
Finally, the whole group chose to build one large group den in the pine forest.
Heavy lifting and a degree in structural engineering produced a large group den good enough to rival a Saxon barrow!!!!
