Independent Form F Assessors in the Bristol Area - Job Vacancies
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a family focussed small independent fostering Agency with a unique therapeutic approach, providing high-quality foster care for children of all ages and abilities and parent and child assessment placements.
Due to our continued success and growth, we are seeking independent, self-employed Form F Assessors to undertake Form F assessments for prospective foster parents – this work is offered to independent assessors as and when it is available.
To assess and prepare prospective foster parents
To prepare Form F reports for panel
To present Form F assessments to our Independent Fostering Panel
Work independently, to a high standard and within specified timescales
Social Work Qualification (minimum 2 years’ post qualified in children’s services and/or fostering)
Enhanced clear DBS (portable)
Knowledge of safeguarding, NMS and Fostering regulations
Evidence of ability to produce professional reports evidenced based with an emphasis on analysis
Form F training and experience of completing Form F assessments
Willingness to work on a flexible basis, e.g. evenings and weekends
Clean full UK driving licence and own transport
Relevant indemnity insurance
Pass statutory and company checks in accordance with Safer recruitment processes.
